Important Pet Reminder

Residents,

We would like to remind everyone of our community’s pet rules and the important role they play in keeping our neighborhood safe and enjoyable for all.

Recently, there has been an increase in reports of pets being off leash in common areas. While we appreciate that many of our residents are responsible pet owners, pets off leash present a serious safety concern. Unexpected encounters can lead to injuries to people, children, other pets, or the animals themselves.

As outlined in the Association’s Rules and Regulations, all pets must be:

  • Kept within an enclosed area, or
  • On a leash and under the control of a person capable of managing the animal at all times when outside the owner’s property

These rules are in place to protect everyone in our community—residents, guests, and pets alike.

We kindly ask all pet owners to review and follow the established guidelines and to help ensure a safe environment by keeping pets properly leashed in all common areas. Owners are responsible for the actions of their pets, as well as those of their tenants and guests.

Thank you for your cooperation and for doing your part to maintain a safe, respectful, and welcoming community.

Parking Safelist Reminder

Safelisting is between midnight and 6am.

NOTE: Guest parking is on a first-come-first-serve basis. A safelist does not guarantee you a space. To safelist a vehicle, each homeowner/tenant is responsible for creating a “Safelist Profile” by visiting the Patrol One website at www.patrol-one.com. A unique activation code was provided to each homeowner at the implementation of the program and will be required to activate your profile. Once activated, each homeowner will be able to log into their “Safelist Profile”. To safelist a guest vehicle, you will need to provide the license plate number of the vehicle being safelisted. Each unit is limited to 60 safelisting days per year, utilizing only 15 in a 90 day rolling window. If your guest is staying longer than the maximum allowed days, you must contact the management company. Must be current on dues/assessments with no open violations to safelist any vehicle.

New owners needing an activation code, contact management. Activation code provided to owner, unless written authorization is provided for tenant to be provided with the unique activation code.
Guest vehicles parked in common area parking between 6:00 am and 10:00 pm, do not need to be safelisted. As a reminder, all members should be utilizing their garage to park at least two vehicles within them. Vehicles should not be parked on the aprons at anytime as these are considered a fire lane and your vehicle is subject to tow at the owners expense.

As a Reminder- No residents should be utilizing visitor parking at anytime. This is for guests only.

The Parking Rules are available on the resident portal, resident.actionlife.com

Prohibited Vehicles

The following vehicles are “prohibited vehicles”:  (a) recreational vehicles (motor homes, travel trailers, camper vans, boats, etc.); (b) commercial-type vehicles (stake bed trucks, tank trucks, dump trucks, step vans, concrete trucks and limousines; (c) buses or vans designed to accommodate more than ten (10) people; (d) vehicles having more than two (2) axles; (e) trailers; (f) inoperable vehicles or parts of vehicles; (g) aircraft; (h) any vehicle or vehicular equipment deemed a nuisance by the Board including pocket bikes, mini bikes, scooters, dirt bikes and any other vehicle that does not comply with the California Department of Motor Vehicle code as authorized for use on public roads, i.e. licensed (these vehicles will be impounded if found in violation); and (i) any other vehicle not classified as an authorized vehicle.

Prohibited vehicles may not be parked, stored, or kept on any public or private street within the community or any other common area parking area except for 72 hours for loading, unloading, making deliveries or emergency repairs.  Prohibited vehicles (i.e. trailers, motorcycles, jet skis, pop-up camper trailers, boats, etc.) may only be parked in an Owner’s fully enclosed garage with the door closed.

Wood Burning Firepits

As a reminder, wood burning firepits, used on patios, must have cover and screen around the system.

Wood cannot be allowed to “free burn” into the environment, which is considered carcinogenic and bad for the environment. The firepit must be 15 feet from the home, fence or neighboring property.

A better option to consider is a portable gas flame fire pit system for your enjoyment.
